The open house will include a special presenter, program tours, hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to give.
 The Salvation Army Portland Tabernacle is partnering with the AARP Foundation, the nation's largest free, volunteer run tax preparation program to help assist low-income residents in Northeast Portland in preparation of their taxes.
This free service will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM-2 PM now through April 11th at The Salvation Army Rose Center for Seniors.

 To acknowledge local support from the community, The Salvation Army Gresham Corps & Community Center is inviting friends who have supported them to "Hearts in Motion: a Community Recognition Lunch" on Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 at 11:30am. The luncheon will be held at the Gresham Corps. More
 At a ceremony on December 6, The Salvation Army Tualatin Valley Citadel received a $1,000 grant from the 2012 Oregon International Air Show. The grant will be helpful as they expect the number of people looking for a warm meal to rise again in 2013. With $1,000, The Salvation Army can purchase about 363 meals! More

Fred Meyer presents the 19th Annual Salvation Army All About Kids Dinner.
